- To improve the moral values and discipline among the students, they meet twice a day among themselves and pray to God for the wellbeing of the society and each people. To keep in mind every day they promise to dedicate themselves for the mother land. We also want to instill patriotic spirit among them by discussing, debating about the great people of India Every Saturday morning the assembly disperse with National Anthem, Moral value education is imparted to the students to become more sociable and honest.
- For improvement of health. We also organise Annual sports which followed by grand function and cultural programme in November. All students are given priority to perform his/ her best activities. We also take initiative for Quiz, Painting, Songs and Music also.
- We also organise summer camps for higher class students.
- We expose the child to hobbies like reading, sketching, singing, dancing, public speaking, gardening and discipline which is second nature of the student.
- The school also organises picnic or educational tour every year. They are taken to historical places, monument, research centres, the place where we learn National Integration.
- Children seeking admission to Nursery, LKG and UKG should have attained the aged of 2+, 3+, 4+ respectively as on 2nd April of the year.
- Prospectus & Registration forms for admission to the school can be obtained from the school office on cash payment.
- It should be duly filled and submitted with xerox copies of birth certificate, Transfer Certificate and Coloured Pass-port size photograph and Aadhar card of parents and student.
- The registered candidates will be called for an admission test / interview.
- Admission will be made strictly on the basis of merit.
- An Identity card bearing the photograph and the address of the students will remain in his / her custody all the time.
- Boys — White shirt Navy pant (Full pant from Std - VI) red tie, red belt, white socks, black lacing shoes.
- Girls — Blue frock with half sleeves and white blouse, blue legging black buckled shoes, red belt, red tie and badge.
- Winter — Blue full sweater and blue head scarf.
- PT Dress — White dress (full pant from Std-VI) and white PT shoes.
- All the students must posses school diary, text books, note books, reading materials etc.
- Students are advised not to bring valuable articles to the school. The school will not responsible for the loss.
- Application for leave must be submitted a day in advance. It should be counter signed by the parent or guardian.
- Students should come in proper school uniform.
- They must be clean, neat and tidy
- Student must obey the House Captains and other students on duty.
- Students are not allowed to leave the school during working hours.
- Students should regular in attendance.
- Any damage to the school property by the students will have to be borne by the students’ parents / guardians.
- The School reserve the right to take stern action even to strike off the name of the students from the school rolls who are found guilty of the misconduct.
- Parents will be kept regularly informed of their words academic progress and participation in Co-Curricular activities.
- Two periodic tests and two summative test are conducted during the academic year
- Promotion is granted on the basis of the whole year's performance.
- Parents must collect and sign in the progress report after the declaration of results of each term Exam.
- Withdrawal from any class must be proceded by a month's notice in writing
- All dues will have to be cleared before a transfer certificate is issued.
- The school authority may ask, without prior notice to the parents, to withdraw the child from the school on any of the follwing grounds.
(a) ACADEMIC : -I Constant neglect of studies or those who fail in the same class for two consecutive years.
(b) DISCIPLINARY : - Those students whose conduct in the opinion of the principal is harmful to the interest of the school.
- Use the school diary as a means of communication with the class teacher and check the diary for Home Work and remarks if any.
- Sign the test copies of each unit test and progress report after first term and 2nd term.
- Seek that your ward has all text books copies craft materials etc right in the beginning of the session
- Ensure that all the books and notebooks are covered with brown coloured paper and labelled properly
- Name of the student's class, roll no etc should be written on the front page
- Ensure that your ward comes to school in proper uniform with polished shoes trimmed hair and clean nails.
- Send the children regularly and punctually to the school, no absence is permitted without a leave application and late corners are not allowed to sit in the class.
- Pay the dues as per scheduled. Intimate the school in case of change in address and telephone number.
- Help in the developmental work of the school.
- Do not send the child to school in case of infectious disease. A medical certificate should be furnished at the time of rejoining.
- Do not walk into the class room or meet the teacher at the time of teaching.
- Do not send money or valuable articles, mobile and other unnecessary things. The school will not take any responsibility in case of those are lost
- The students are not allowed to leave the school campus before the school is over.
